Job Summary
Engage with SVPs, EVPs, and CSCOs as a trusted advisor to identify critical priorities and initiatives within global organizations. Manage 25-30 client relationships through all lifecycle phases and provide expert guidance on Supply Chain strategy and implementation. Responsibilities include delivering tailored Gartner research, facilitating networking events, and ensuring member satisfaction through consistent engagement and the development of actionable Value Plans. Requires 20 years of experience in senior supply chain roles, preferably within Life Sciences, and a Master's degree is preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in related field
- 20 years’ experience in Supply Chain leadership
- Demonstrated ability to coach and critique strategies for clients
- Ability to interact with C-level executives
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
Desired Qualifications
- Experience working in a Chief Supply Chain Officer or senior Supply Chain executive leadership role
- In-depth understanding of the role of Sr. Supply Chain leadership at the CSCO, EVP, GVP, SVP level
- Strong project management skills
- Collaborative team leadership
