Executive Outlet Operations

Execute retail/outlet sales activities to achieve sales targets for assigned businesses/territories and overall business objectives. Assist the executive in maintaining high customer service standards and ensuring gift items production meets agreed quality. Manage stock and cash/credit card handling procedures, identify and resolve discrepancies, and enforce company rules. Support marketing and promotional activities and undertake ad hoc duties as directed by the immediate manager. Requires a proactive, dynamic individual with strong interpersonal skills, able to work independently or in a team, and willing to work shifts, public holidays, and weekends.
