Job Summary
Executive Operations Partner to support 3 senior leaders across Planet in a high-growth, global environment. Responsible for calendar management, prioritization of initiatives, complex travel logistics (domestic and international), budgeting and expenses, events coordination, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure executives stay focused on strategic priorities. Requires 4+ years of experience supporting senior executives, a Bachelor’s degree, exceptional organizational skills, proficiency with Google Workspace and collaboration tools, and strong communication abilities. Role is full-time and hybrid, based in the San Francisco office 3 days per week, with global remote work opportunities.
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience supporting senior executives
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field
- Exceptional organizational and prioritization skills
- Proficiency in Google Workspace and modern collaboration tools (Slack, Zoom, Concur)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage calendars, priorities, and workflows across time zones
- A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset and ability to operate independently
- Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information
