Executive Operations Assistant to the CEO & Board provides high-level administrative, operational, and governance support to the CEO, Board of Directors, and Senior Management Team. Responsibilities include managing executive calendars, coordinating meetings and briefing materials, drafting and editing communications and presentations, overseeing governance documentation and board meeting minutes, supporting strategic initiatives and cross-department projects, coordinating internal reporting and budget-related activities, and ensuring confidential handling of sensitive information. The role requires strong organizational and communication skills, proficiency with Microsoft Office and AI-enabled tools, experience in executive support within healthcare/nonprofit/human services contexts, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a hybrid onsite/remote environment. The position is full-time with a 40-hour workweek and is based in Derry, NH.

Required Qualifications

  • Associate’s degree required
  • Five or more years of progressively responsible executive administrative experience
  • Demonstrated experience supporting senior leadership and board governance activities
