Job Summary
Executive & Operations Assistant to the UK Managing Director overseeing cross-border operations. Core duties include on-site Morocco office management and facilities, HR coordination with an outsourced agency, procurement and IT setup, and ensuring alignment with the UK MD through remote executive support, calendar management, and high-level document/meeting preparation. Requires fluent English and French plus knowledge of Moroccan Arabic; strong Microsoft Office skills; familiarity with HubSpot/ERP; and ability to operate across Morocco and the UK with minimal local supervision.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant supporting senior leadership
- Experience in Office Management or Facilities Management (moyens généraux)
- Experience working in international environments or managing remote reporting lines is highly desirable
- Languages: English and French fluency mandatory; Moroccan Arabic (Darija) essential for local suppliers and facilities management
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; familiarity with CRM systems (HubSpot) or ERP structures is a strong asset
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage cross-border operations
- Ability to work autonomously without direct local supervision
- Experience coordinating with HR agencies and onboarding processes
- Experience coordinating cross-border board/director/management meetings
- Experience with procurement, IT setup, and facilities management
