Job Summary

Manage the Executive Director's calendar, communications, and workflow while serving as the primary liaison for stakeholder access and donor meetings. Develop donor briefings, stewardship plans, and high-quality communications to support fundraising campaigns and grant compliance processes. Strengthen organizational systems by coordinating human resources, maintaining the LGL database, and overseeing vendor relationships in partnership with the Bookkeeper. Ensure board governance alignment by staffing committees, preparing meeting materials, and tracking action items. Foster an inclusive staff culture rooted in Jewish values and PRIDE while managing facility stewardship across multi-campus locations.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution
  • At least five years of work experience in a mission-driven environment such as higher education, Jewish communal life, or nonprofit
  • Strong foundation in administrative and operational roles
  • Highly skilled in written and verbal communication
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Proficient in CRM systems
  • Proficient in data and information management tools
