Job Summary
Executive Oncology Area Business Specialist for Southern California/San Diego focuses on optimizing hematology operational strategy and readiness for execution in community accounts. Responsibilities include educating and training accounts to maximize delivery of hematology/oncology products, acting as SME on economic value and payer changes affecting delivery in inpatient and outpatient settings, advising on patient affordability programs, training clinical staff on product delivery and safety, supporting the sales force with product access and reimbursement, and driving end-to-end delivery improvements across sites of care. Candidate will partner with local teams to implement training, promote pull-through of brand resources, embed patient access resources into Community EHR systems, and manage account strategies to improve adherence and site viability. Requires collaboration with field teams, strong cross-functional communication, and experience in oncology/pharmaceutical sales with a focus on operations, reimbursement, and practice management.
Required Qualifications
- A minimum of a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in practice management
- A valid driver's license issued in one of the fifty United States
- The ability to travel, up to 60% of the time
