Job Summary
Oversee operations of the Children’s Residential Treatment Program on assigned shifts and supervise staff, ensuring program and facility compliance with policies, procedures, and regulations. Participate in implementing strategies to achieve department goals as established in the annual operating plan and provide periodic reports to management.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a human services field required
- Minimum of two (2) years related experience required, including management experience
- Master’s degree preferred
