Job Summary
Executive Assistant to the Co-Chief Investment Officer at Blackstone. Responsible for managing highly complex calendars, acting as gatekeeper for internal and external stakeholders, coordinating meetings and calls across multiple parties, arranging and managing domestic and international travel with detailed itineraries and travel packets, preparing and submitting complex expense reports in accordance with policy, and supporting ad hoc and special projects. Requires exceptional attention to detail, confidentiality, strong written and verbal communication, collaboration in team-based environments, adaptability in fast-paced settings, and proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel) and familiarity with expense systems (e.g., Concur). The role involves working with senior leadership and maintaining high levels of discretion and accountability.
