Executive Office Manager role supporting the hospital President and CEO. Acts as primary contact for the President and CEO's office, screens calls, receives visitors, maintains confidentiality, and supervises the administrative support team. Responsibilities include budgeting and cost containment, coordinating meetings, drafting letters and records, developing records management systems compliant with retention policies, and managing office activities. Required Qualifications
