Job Summary
Manage the CEO's diary and coordinate end-to-end travel arrangements, including itineraries, visas, and briefing documents. Provide administrative and scheduling support to the COO, Finance Director, and Board of Governors. Act as the primary point of contact for the Executive Office, handling visitor greetings, catering, and event logistics for internal and external activities. Collaborate with the Head of the CEO's Office and EA to the COO to ensure effective prioritization against organizational objectives. Work within the Southbank Centre's Executive Office team, utilizing discretion and sophisticated communication skills in a high-profile environment.
