Job Summary
Coordinate slot allocations for Level 1, 2, and 3 airports in accordance with Worldwide Slot Guidelines and Standard Schedules Information Manual Chapter 6. Liaise with airlines, ground handlers, and stakeholders to resolve coordination issues, ensuring all requests are processed within three working days. Analyze actual capacity utilization, manage historic slot lists, and finalize allocations following IATA Slot Conference outcomes. Assess applications for ad hoc slots and hold regular meetings with airport operators to discuss infrastructure changes. Maintain strict compliance with company policies and IATA deadlines while acting independently and transparently for all airline operators.
Required Qualifications
- IATA Certificate of Airport Slots and Coordination
- Bachelor's Degree preferably in Airport Management or Aviation Management or equivalent with CGPA of ≥ 3.0
- Bachelor's Degree with 1 year relevant working experience in Aviation/airport/airline operational
- Good knowledge in all aspect of Airport Operations and familiar with IATA Worldwide Slot Guidelines
- Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia
- Computer literate
- Open for Malaysian citizens only
