Job Summary
Spearhead sales efforts to increase the bank's sales, focusing on core products like checking and savings accounts, term deposits, life and general insurance policies, and credit cards. Proactively identify and engage potential customers to broaden the client base, while deepening existing relationships by encouraging exploration of additional services for inactive accounts. Conduct field marketing activities requiring travel to various locales using diverse strategies to attract new clientele. Diligently record all customer interactions in the CRM system to ensure comprehensive tracking of sales activities and communications. Strictly observe the bank's selling rules and marketing guidelines to maintain ethical practices and regulatory compliance.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate / Diploma in any stream
- Young energetic freshers or experience in liability sales(1-3 years)
- Good communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
