Job Summary
Executive & Marketing Assistant to support leadership and marketing initiatives in a fully remote role. Responsibilities include managing executive calendars, preparing reports and presentations, tracking projects and deadlines, arranging travel and processing expense reports, supporting social media content, email campaigns, newsletters, and client communications, assisting with design of marketing materials to maintain brand consistency, and tracking marketing analytics to provide actionable insights. The role requires collaboration with executives, clients, and team members, involvement in ad-hoc projects and process improvements, and alignment with the company’s values. Must be proficient with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, Canva, and social media platforms, and comfortable working remotely while supporting US clients. Location is Philippines-based with a fully remote arrangement; overlap with Mountain Time Zone is expected.
