Job Summary
Executive Market Intelligence Search Specialist for Ford, focusing on building executive pipelines, market intelligence, and strategic talent advisory across industrial and automotive domains. Responsibilities include market mapping, name generation, competitive intelligence, end-to-end search through outreach and assessment, client-facing partnership with senior leaders, data storytelling, and maintaining pipelines in ATS. Requires 4+ years in executive search or talent intelligence and a Bachelor’s degree. Remote, W-2 full-time contract with benefits and PTO.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 4+ years of experience in executive search, talent intelligence, or strategic sourcing
- Background in a top-tier executive search firm (strongly preferred)
- Experience supporting industrial, manufacturing, automotive, or hardware organizations
- Demonstrated success in market mapping, competitive intelligence, and executive-level research
- Strong expertise in desk research, name generation, and talent mapping methodologies
- Ability to operate in a client-facing, consultative capacity with senior stakeholders
- Proven capability to translate data into insights and executive-level narratives
- Experience owning end-to-end search components beyond pure sourcing
- Strong proficiency in PowerPoint / presentation development
- Familiarity with data analysis and visualization approaches is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Ideal candidate has industrial or manufacturing environments experience
- Comfortable navigating high-volume, complex organizations with ambiguity
- Energized by deep research, problem-solving, and influencing hiring strategy
