Job Summary
Oversee daily mall common-area operations, coordinate inspections with service providers, and manage contracts for service providers to ensure quality and compliance. Ensure building services and facilities are maintained at a high standard, support monthly/quarterly/annual management reporting, coordinate tenancy fit-out and reinstatement activities with retailers and their consultants, collect project-related documents (as-built drawings, insurance certificates, fit-out deposits), and assist with asset enhancement projects. Requires a Diploma in Facilities, Engineering and Estate Management (preferred), at least 2 years’ experience in shopping centre operations, strong communication, initiative, multitasking ability, and availability to work rotating shifts including weekends and public holidays. Located in Singapore with on-site duties.
Required Qualifications
- Diploma in Facilities, Engineering and Estate Management, or related field preferred
- Minimum 2 years of shopping centre operations working experience
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Possess initiative and a positive working attitude
- Ability to multitask effectively
- Able to work rotating shift (8am-5pm/2pm-11pm), weekends and public holidays
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
