Job Summary
Executive Lounge Manager for Club Millésime at Sofitel Sydney Wentworth leads the luxury lounge experience, overseeing VIP guest services, premium food & beverage, and the lounge team. The role emphasizes delivering personalised, elevated service, fostering a culture of genuine hospitality, partnering with Front Office, Concierge and F&B, and ensuring alignment with Sofitel brand standards and operational excellence. The candidate will mentor a high-performing luxury service team, create memorable guest experiences for elite guests, manage guest feedback and service recovery, and thrive in a fast-paced, rotating roster environment to uphold five-star standards.
Required Qualifications
- Previous experience in guest services leadership (5-star luxury experience is a huge plus)
- A hands-on leader with a natural ability to motivate and inspire
- A passion for creating memorable guest experiences
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills
- Strong operational and organisational capability
- Experience developing and leading successful teams
- A calm, professional approach in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work a rotating roster including weekends & public holidays
