Job Summary
Deliver refined, personalized guest service to Executive Floor and VIP guests; assist with guest check-in and check-out; maintain lounge standards, monitor displays during breakfast, afternoon tea, and evening service; coordinate with Front Office, Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, and other departments; recognize ALL members and VIP guests; maintain guest preferences and assist with transportation, reservations, and local recommendations; ensure lounge cleanliness, safety, hygiene, and compliance; prepare daily records and communicate feedback to management.
Required Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality Management, Tourism, or a related field.
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in Front Office, Guest Relations, Executive Lounge, or a similar hospitality role.
