Job Summary
Guide clients through the mortgage process from application to closing, resolving concerns and analyzing financial situations to determine appropriate loan products. Build relationships with real estate agents, advisors, and referral sources to market the Rocket brand and drive revenue. Evaluate client documents including credit, employment, and assets to ensure financing qualification, while educating clients on home-buying and refinancing processes. Cultivate a book of business to maintain referral volume and provide industry-leading service. Stay current on product offerings and process changes to represent the Rocket brand in community functions.
Required Qualifications
