Job Summary
Guide clients through the mortgage process from application to closing by analyzing financial situations, evaluating credit and employment status, and determining appropriate loan products. Build and maintain relationships with real estate agents, investment advisors, and referral sources to drive volume and market the Rocket brand. Consult with clients to educate them on the home-buying or refinance process and manage concerns to ensure they achieve their financial goals. Cultivate a book of business to support revenue growth while staying current on product offerings and process changes. Represent the Rocket brand in civic functions to drive lead flow.
Required Qualifications
- As a licensed mortgage loan originator
