Job Summary
Prepare, draft, proofread, and manage legal documents, including corporate and tax contracts, agreements, and estate plans. Provide high-level administrative support to executive attorneys, coordinating meetings, appointments, and deadlines while maintaining strict confidentiality of sensitive client information. Organize and update legal files and records using Microsoft Office applications and legal document management systems. Serve as a professional point of contact for clients and legal professionals, ensuring accuracy and discretion in all communications. Manage multiple priorities to meet client expectations and maintain compliance with law office procedures.
Required Qualifications
- Experience supporting attorneys in Commercial Corporate and Tax Law
- Strong knowledge of legal terminology, legal documentation, and law office procedures
- Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong proofreading, drafting, editing, and document preparation abilities
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively with diverse clients and professionals
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Minimum of 3 years of executive-level Legal Assistant experience
