Job Summary
Contract position: Executive - Learning & Development based in Nawala, Sri Lanka. Assists in delivering Training and Development interventions, maintains T&D documentation, designs and develops competency assessment packs, coordinates job-family based training with central belt certifications and MOS knowledge transfer, and conducts internal audits to ensure adherence to T&D procedures. Requires a degree in HR or relevant qualification and 1 year of HR experience; must have fluent English and Sinhala, strong Excel data analytics, training materials design, and project management skills.
Required Qualifications
- Degree in Human Resources or relevant professional qualification
- 1 year experience in Human resources
- Communication skills - Fluent in English and Sinhala
- Data analytical skills - Proficient in Excel
- Designing and developing training materials and learning initiatives
- Project management
