Job Summary
Executive Lead, People role responsible for shaping a high-performing organisation by delivering a comprehensive people strategy across talent acquisition, development, engagement, performance management, employee relations, compliance and culture. Leads end-to-end employee experience, EVP development, wellbeing and safety programs, governance and risk management across HR practices, data-driven insights to inform executive decisions, and workforce planning within a hybrid Sydney-based, executive leadership context. Requires senior HR leadership experience, strong change management and organisational development capabilities, proficiency with HRIS/LMS/SharePoint, and a focus on inclusive, values-driven culture.
Required Qualifications
- Relevant tertiary qualification in Human Resources or a related discipline
- Current Working with Children Check, or willingness to obtain
