Job Summary
Executive Kitchen Manager (EKM) oversees culinary operations for Walk-On’s Bistreaux within the Heart of House, leading a high-volume, scratch-kitchen environment. Responsibilities include recruiting and staffing HOH, coaching and developing team members, maintaining top food quality from kitchen to guest, enforcing Walk-On’s standards and safety guidelines, managing food and labor costs to drive financial success, and collaborating with management and corporate teams to ensure smooth operations. The role emphasizes leadership, training, performance feedback, and creating a fun, team-driven work atmosphere while delivering memorable Louisiana-inspired cuisine. Required Qualifications
