Job Summary
Executive-KDNI offers and onboarding management process owner responsible for the end-to-end process of generating job offers for new hires and delivering a seamless onboarding experience. Collaborates with Talent Acquisition, HR Operations, and other stakeholders to maintain high standards, define SLAs, and ensure compliance. Responsible for offer creation, onboarding lifecycle management, pre-joiner engagement, background verification (BGV), Day 1 preparation, and seamless joining experience. Manages engagement with IT, facilities, and HR teams, responds to candidate queries, and maintains dashboards and governance on offer metrics. Requires 2-5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition/TA support and strong HR systems experience (ATS; SuccessFactors is a plus).
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2 to 5 years of experience
- Proven experience in Talent Acquisition/ TA Support
- Advanced proficiency in HR Systems including Application tracking systems (SuccessFactors Experience will be an added advantage)
