Job Summary
Executive - Insurance role focused on customer-service excellence and regulatory compliance. Responsibilities include handling policyholder inquiries across channels within SLA, processing Change of Address, Name changes, Nominations, Overpayment letters, Policy details, amendments/corrections, and related tasks such as Valuation, Quotation, Projections, and Wakeup/Ad-hoc packs. Also manages Record Mismatch and Suspense corrections, Retirement and Death notifications, and resolves complex queries from Policyholders/Financial Advisors. Requires strong numeracy and data-entry accuracy, adherence to Quality Management Systems and applicable regulations, ownership of personal development through mandatory training and e-learning, and the ability to identify and address potential fairness concerns. The role emphasizes accuracy, attention to detail, and a “get it right the first time” mindset, with a focus on delivering timely, compliant and high-quality service within specified timelines.
