Job Summary
Manage HIS software troubleshooting for all user problems across departments, verify errors, and report findings to IT. Handle user creation, permission assigning, and management-level tasks while developing the My Apollo website to make diagnostic test results available online. Provide training to department staff, prepare user manuals, and restore data from the main database server to the My Apollo database. Receive calls from all HIS users to provide solutions via phone or in-person support, and develop real-time reports related to HIS. Requires a graduate with a BE/MCA degree and 3+ years of experience.

- 1st division in 10th
- 1st division in 12th
- BE / MCA
- 3 + Years of experience
- Familiarity with professional and technical emerging knowledge
