Conduct continuous improvements for production operations by analyzing samples, preparing operations breakdowns, and assigning Standard Minute Values (SMVs) using the GSD system to reduce costs. Provide suggestions at development meetings to facilitate smooth operational flows, while producing accurate costing sheets to offer competitive pricing options. Develop and categorize chassis for each season to enhance capacity generation, prepare machine layouts for optimal manpower allocation, and standardize methods to de-skill operations prior to bulk production. Design and develop machines and attachments through necessary research to improve productivity, ensuring adherence to environmental, safety, and health standards while complying with group governance frameworks and policies.
