Job Summary
Lead Product Development Risk Assessment, Moulding Integration, Factory Integration, and Pre-Production phases by ensuring Tech Pack availability with a PPA champion. Continuously identify automation options to de-skill Pre-Production operations and reduce machine requirements for layouts. Prepare layouts, Yamazumi version 1, and machine setting STW while certifying team members meet expected standards before PSD. Monitor shop floor abnormalities and resolve issues immediately, ensuring strict adherence to compliance and health safety procedures during physical and chemical testing to maintain zero accidents. Requires a Basic Engineering Degree, GSD License, and 2 years of manufacturing plant experience. Based at Casualline Mawathagama.
Required Qualifications
- Basic Engineering Degree
- 2 years of experience in manufacturing plant
- GSD License certification
- Knowledge on industrial engineering
- Knowledge on Lean Manufacturing tools
