Executive IC - Product

Own a meaningful surface of Motion's product end-to-end, from strategy through launch, iteration, and scale. Move from idea to shipped product by staying closer to the customer and the build than anyone else. Set the product cadence through your own output and raise the bar by showing what's possible. This role requires a Founder, C-suite, VP, or Director-level track record, including leading teams at scale and building products that people genuinely use and love. The ideal candidate brings a way of working already built around AI and sharp product instincts on how AI is changing how things are built.
