Job Summary
Executive – Human Resources based at Ratmalana (Sri Lanka) within the Bodywear Value Stream of MAS Holdings. Responsible for payroll, attendance, employee relations, recruitment, HR services and other related HR functions, ensuring compliance with Group and legislative policies, and driving an engaged working environment. Key duties include end-to-end talent acquisition for internal and staff positions, identifying divisional recruitment needs, networking with divisions and external bodies, updating organizational structures, and ensuring system changes reflect structural changes. Fluency in English and strong communication/negotiation skills, plus ability to work with HR systems and technology, are required.

- Degree in Human Resource Management / Business Management or relevant field
