EXECUTIVE, HUMAN RESOURCE BUSINESS PARTNER

Executive, HRBP supports the Head, HRBP in executing human resource strategies and delivering operational HR services at the hospital/subsidiary level, coordinating with HR Centres of Excellence and HR Shared Services to ensure governance, workforce planning, employee lifecycle processes, and engagement initiatives. The role covers HR operations and administration (transactions, records, documentation, and audit readiness), payroll and benefits coordination, recruitment and onboarding support, performance management administration, employee relations documentation and escalation, HR reporting and workforce data preparation, and engagement/communication initiatives. Requires 2–5 years of HR generalist/operations experience (Healthcare experience preferred); Bachelor's degree in HR/BA or related field; familiarity with HRIS and payroll coordination. Based with KPJ Healthcare Berhad group across Malaysia, with Johor Specialist Hospital, Malaysia as a location hint.
