Executive - Housekeeping

Inspect guest rooms, public areas, and pool facilities after cleaning to ensure quality standards. Run sold room reports, verify room status, determine discrepant rooms, and prioritize cleaning schedules. Act as a liaison coordinating efforts across Housekeeping, Engineering, Front Office, and Laundry teams. Assist management in hiring, training, scheduling, and evaluating employees while enforcing safety policies and reporting hazards. Document and resolve issues with the Front Desk, communicate updates to the next shift, and maintain professional guest interactions. Complete required paperwork and adhere to all company standards.
