Executive Housekeeper

Direct daily activities, plan and assign work ensuring you always have the right staffing numbers. Develop your team through coaching, set performance goals, and train all members on safety regulations and compliance. Schedule routine inspections of guest rooms, public areas, and equipment to maintain superb quality standards. Manage inventory levels, monitor the annual budget for profitability, and order supplies while minimizing waste. Carry out special requests for guests, VIPs, and club members, assist with deep cleaning during high volume periods, and reunite lost items with owners. Perform other duties as assigned, including serving as manager on duty.
