Role supports preparation of the home for high-level events and gatherings, ensuring spaces are guest-ready for hosting, hospitality, and institutional engagement. Responsibilities include event setup and breakdown, coordination with vendors and contractors, access provision to service providers, proactive management of supplies, and maintaining readiness of the residence. Must demonstrate discretion, sound judgment, professionalism, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision; strong attention to detail and excellent time management are essential, with flexibility to accommodate occasional early morning or evening needs and experience in setting up events.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience in private household management, preferably with high-net-worth or high-profile families
- Impeccable references from previous employers
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to excellence
- Knowledge of proper care for luxury furnishings, fine art, and high-end materials
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
