Job Summary
Build, coach, and inspire a high-performing housekeeping team responsible for 205 guest rooms, nearly 20,000 square feet of meeting space, and public areas. Conduct inspections with a sharp eye to ensure every space consistently exceeds Kimpton standards. Develop efficient processes that improve quality while managing labor, budgets, inventory, and supplies with accountability. Partner with Front Office, Engineering, Food & Beverage, and Sales to deliver seamless guest experiences and champion safety, cleanliness, and organization throughout the hotel. Celebrate wins and develop future leaders to create a culture where attention to detail is expected.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality or related field preferred or equivalent experience
- 2+ years of housekeeping management experience, preferably in a hotel or resort setting
- Knowledge of housekeeping and laundry operations
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and hotel management software
- Knowledge of inventories, scheduling, and productivity
- Pre-employment drug test
- Background check
Desired Qualifications
