Job Summary
Lead housekeeping and laundry operations for a 263-room hotel in Sunnyvale, overseeing standards, budgets, staffing, and guest satisfaction; responsible for ensuring cleanliness, safety, and brand presentation across guestrooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces; collaborate with Front Office, Engineering, Food & Beverage, and Operations; manage inventories, training, and compliance with OSHA and chemical handling; drive continuous improvement and financial performance.
Required Qualifications
- Proven leadership experience in hotel housekeeping operations
- Strong knowledge of housekeeping operations and laundry operations
- Experience managing room attendants, public area attendants, laundry teams, and supervisors
- Experience with hotel property management systems and housekeeping technologies
- Experience in budgeting, forecasting, and labor management
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Flexibility to work varied schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent
