Job Summary
Executive Housekeeper responsible for managing housekeeping department, ensuring compliance with policies, hiring/training staff, scheduling, budget management, maintaining cleanliness and guest satisfaction, handling guest complaints, overseeing training, reporting, and performing housekeeping tasks as needed. Requires 1-3 years housekeeping management, ability to read safety documents, bilingual English/Spanish a plus, high school diploma, knowledge of cleaning techniques and equipment; willingness to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 1-3 years of housekeeping management experience in the hospitality industry
- High school graduate or equivalent (some college preferred)
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals
- Bilingual English/Spanish a plus
- Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques, chemical handling, requirements, and use of equipment
