Job Summary
Executive Housekeeper responsible for leading housekeeping and laundry operations, budgeting and cost control, stock level management, and ensuring quality standards across rooms and public areas. Oversees staff training and retraining, accommodates VIP and long-term guests to provide tailored experiences, and promptly resolves guest complaints. Maintains safe work practices, enforces Maya Hotels policies and grooming standards, and supports eco-friendly operations. Requires a high school diploma or equivalent and prior housekeeping leadership experience; strong supervisory, communication, and organizational skills, with flexibility to work various shifts.
Required Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent. Hospitality or business-related certifications preferred.
- Experience: Prior housekeeping leadership, preferably in a hotel or resort environment.
- Leadership: Strong supervisory skills with the ability to motivate and develop team members.
- Communication Skills: Ability to interact professionally with guests and team members.
