Job Summary
Executive Housekeeper I oversees daily shift operations of Housekeeping, Recreation/Health Club, and Laundry when applicable, directing staff to maintain clean guestrooms, public spaces, and employee areas. Responsible for inspections, enforcing standards, and accountability, while supporting guest and employee satisfaction and operating within budget. Key activities include coordinating room status with Front Desk, collaborating with Engineering for maintenance, supervising cleaning schedules and inventory, managing expenses, addressing guest concerns, and participating in hiring, training, and performance evaluations to ensure consistent service quality and adherence to SOPs/LSOPs.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED; 2 years experience in the housekeeping or related professional area.
- 2-year degree from an accredited university in Hotel and Restaurant Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related major; no work experience required.
