Job Summary
Executive Housekeeper role leading Coast Hotels’ housekeeping team at the newly branded Coast Calgary University District Hotel by APA. Responsible for directing the housekeeping department, ensuring Coast Hotels’ cleanliness standards across guest and public areas, developing a positive, accountable culture, forecasting needs, coordinating inspections, inventory management, and collaborating with managers to deliver service excellence. Requires a secondary school diploma and 3 years of leadership experience; strong communication, budgeting/forecasting, and team-motivation skills; flexible schedule. This position emphasizes leadership, operational excellence, guest satisfaction, and a people-first environment within a full-service hotel, with responsibilities including managing workflows, delegating tasks, and maintaining high service standards.
Required Qualifications
