Job Summary
The Executive Host is responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with mid- to high-limit players, ensuring guest satisfaction, and coordinating events to create guest loyalty within the casino environment.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing or related field or 3-5 years host experience in gaming
- Prior experience in the Gaming industry
- Must be twenty-one (21) years of age
- Must successfully pass background check
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in developing relationships with high-limit gaming guests
- Knowledge of gaming operations and services
- Strong analytical skills in marketing data
Additional Requirements
- Must obtain and maintain all licenses/certifications per Federal, State, and Illinois Gaming Commission
- Must work holidays and weekends
- Must be flexible with shifts
