Executive, Health, Safety, Security & Environment (Ulu Kinta, Perak)

Monitor compliance with HSSE legal requirements across hospital sites and healthcare service locations. Conduct risk assessments, identify hazards, and recommend control measures aligned with the hierarchy of controls. Lead HSSE Committee and Environmental Performance Monitoring Committee meetings while executing the Integrated Activity Plan and Injury Reduction Plan. Initiate incident investigations, analyze trends, and submit monthly performance updates to ensure audit closure. Represent the company in external regulatory programs with DOSH, DOE, BOMBA, and the Ministry of Health, including MQSH and Flying Squad audits. Organize inductions, briefings, and awareness campaigns to foster a strong safety culture among staff and subcontractors. Maintain ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 certifications and support Continuous Improvement Department initiatives.
