Job Summary
Executive Head Chef to lead the culinary team across the St Dunstan's group in London and South East London locations. Responsibilities include leading kitchen operations, creating innovative and seasonal menus, recruiting and developing staff, managing budgets and supplier relationships, ensuring food safety, allergen controls, and safeguarding compliance, and collaborating with school teams to deliver exceptional pupil and staff dining experiences. Requires strong leadership, experience in contract catering or independent education settings, and familiarity with current food trends, sustainability, and allergen control. DBS check and Right to Work in the UK are required.
