Executive General Adjusters resolve complex commercial property losses—generally in excess of $500,000—by investigating damages, negotiating loss adjustments with corporate management, brokers, attorneys, accountants, or public adjusters, presenting evidence in legal proceedings, and making sales calls and presentations. They manage national or international accounts, handle direct loss assignments, provide peer reviews, support branches or Technical Services, participate in industry organization presentations, author white papers, and present at industry panels, and may assist with management responsibilities.
