Executive - FM Integrated Services

Job Summary
Develop and maintain schedules for FM services across various sites, coordinating with internal departments and external stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery. Manage permit-to-work requests in compliance with HSE regulations, tracking issuance and closure during critical maintenance activities. Perform asset registration and data entry into management systems, verifying documentation and operational readiness during project handovers. Prepare detailed technical reports, schedules, and presentations using MS Office to support service planning and proposal preparation. Act as a point of contact for technical queries related to FM services and site operations while liaising with contractors, clients, and end-users. Ensure all activities comply with relevant codes, standards, and local authority requirements.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Written and Spoken Arabic and English
- 5 years of experience in relevant experience in the field
- UAE experience
- Prior experience working with Abu Dhabi Government Entities
- Integrated platforms, ATLP, SENYAR, MAXIMO and FM planning
- Proficiency in MS Office and administrative tools
- Internal communication and coordination
- Compliance with office policies and procedures
- Strong understanding of applicable legislation, regulations, policies, and procedures related to utilities facilities and asset operations management, including permit-to-work systems, helpdesk operations, and unified/integrated FM platforms
- Well-versed in facilities management services, permit processes, and proposal preparation
- Solid understanding of project development codes and standards, HSE regulations, and facilities management best practices
