Job Summary
Develop and execute the RPCA part family growth strategy by driving lean transformation across GE internal shops, joint ventures, and strategic suppliers. Build lean capability within the leadership team through guidance, mentorship, and training on principles such as Value Stream Management, Visual Daily Management, and Kanban Systems. Actively participate in operating cadences to prioritize waste elimination, process flow improvement, and cost reduction while coaching the part family GM on policy deployment. Deliver year-over-year KPI performance through effective team problem solving and direct counsel on SQDC issues. Collaborate with the broader FLIGHT DECK community to promote a kaizen mindset across GE Aerospace.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field from an accredited college or university
- A minimum of 8 years of experience leading Engineering, Manufacturing, Sourcing or Supply Chain
- Able and willing to travel ~ 75% based on business needs (domestic and international)
- Ideal candidates will be based in our Wilmington, NC facility
