Job Summary
Executive - Finishing: Manage the overall operations within the finishing department to meet planned production targets at required quality levels, coordinating with shift operations and multiple departments (planning, QA, dyeing, knitting, maintenance). Responsible for preparing and following finishing plans, allocating resources (manpower and machines), monitoring machine output and quality, addressing technical and administrative issues, ensuring housekeeping and health & safety compliance, coordinating attendance with HR, overseeing input availability from related departments, supervising maintenance schedules, resolving quality issues and maintaining a customer complaint database for continuous improvement, and assisting in annual departmental budgeting including training budgets.
Required Qualifications
- Degree in Textile
- 4-5 years relevant experience
- Good Communication
- MS PowerPoint skills
