Job Summary
Executive Finance and Accounting Recruiter (Full Desk) at Vaco – lead recruitment for finance and accounting roles including Senior Accountants through CFOs, drive business development through candidate interviews and professional relationships, collaborate across practices, and leverage world-class training and comprehensive benefits. Must have a Bachelor’s degree and relevant accounting/recruiting experience; CPA/CFA/MBA a plus; travel up to <10%.
Required Qualifications

- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in audit, tax, and/or public accounting highly preferred
