Job Summary
Sell products/services to achieve sales targets for assigned businesses/territories and overall business objectives. Implement action plans, make regular calls/visits, take orders, and track progress against KPIs and sales plans. Execute sales activities for assigned businesses/territories including product portfolios and marketing plan introductions, order taking, marketing display set-ups and in-store merchandising. Prepare quotation/tender prices, delivery and commercial terms per company policy. Report on competitors and maintain sales data in CRM databases. Record payments and maintain customer data; maintain a customer complaints/issues log and follow up. Respond to customer orders and inquiries, inform customers of promotions and new/upgraded products. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure timely delivery and support relationship development with key customers.
